I know the name doesn’t really say much about a smoothie, but this ugly looking smoothie hides the powerful nutrition and deliciousness it has. It doesn’t look that appetizing, but the mixture of ingredients throw a powerful punch of vitamins, minerals, and protein.

Recipe

  • Water/Almond Milk
  • Heaping handful of spinach
  • Mango
  • Blueberries
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • Ascorbic acid (vitamin c)
  • Bee pollen
  • Matcha powder
  • Stevia
  • Vanilla protein powder
