It seems daunting for a lot of people to try a green smoothie, but it’s not hard to create something nutritional and delicious. This simple recipe is something we create when we don’t have a lot of time in the morning.
It’s literally a handful of spinach, half a lime banana and your choice of base (our personal favourite is fresh Apple Cider)
- 1 Cup Apple Cider
- 1-2 handfuls of spinach
- 1/2 Lime
- 1 Banana
