Almond Breakfast Smoothie


With life being so busy, its sometimes hard getting in all the right nutrients in your day. Smoothies are a great snack or meal replacement, quick, simple and delicious. This recipe is a great out-the-door smoothie when your running late in the morning it’s high in fibre and protein to keep you satisfied till lunch.


  • 1 Cup Almond milk
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 heaping scoop of natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
