This recipe is a great out-the-door smoothie when your running late in the morning it’s high in fibre and protein to keep you satisfied till lunch.
- 1 Cup Almond milk
- 2 Bananas
- 1 heaping scoop of natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
